Process

How a job runs

Six steps, the same order every time. You always know what happens next and who is coming through the door.

01

First call

Fifteen minutes on the phone. What you want built, roughly when, and roughly what you are prepared to spend. If we are not the right builder, we say so here.

02

Walk-through

We come measure, open a panel, look under the sink, and ask the unglamorous questions, the ones that move a price by five figures.

03

Written bid

A line-itemed scope with allowances, exclusions and a schedule. You can compare it to any other bid line for line.

04

Drawings and selections

Permit drawings where they are required, and a selections list with dates, so no order lands late and nothing stalls the crew.

05

Build

One lead carpenter, protected floors, contained dust and a weekly update. Inspections are ours to schedule and attend.

06

Punch and warranty

We walk it with you, fix the list, hand over manuals and warranties, and come back at eleven months to check the seasonal settling.

Have a project in mind?

Send us the scope and a few photos. We walk the space, ask the questions that change the price, and come back with a written bid.
